Machine Head have just been confirmed for the download festival and some sources say that they have a big tour coming up with their new album The Blackening and want to promote it at as many festivals and city’s possible.Could this lead to Machine Head playing at Leeds festival 2007?

I sure do hope so as they are one of the best bands anyone could ever see live so please Meanfiddler make sure when the line up is announced that Machine Head are amongst the names!

At last, Meanfiddler seem to be doing something right! The rumours are that Nine Inch Nails will be playing at the Leeds Festival and Leeds Festival this year.

After what has to be said, some poor rumoured acts, Nine Inch Nails is what the Carling Weekend truly deserves. Nine Inch Nails have had to cancel a show at Birmingham (5th march) due to Trent apparently losing his voice but they’re postponing it until August 28th… 2 days after the Carling Weekend!

Thursday have self confirmed they will be playing at Leeds Festival 2007! According to people who were at the Manchester university gig they are said to have told the crowd “don’t worry we will be back for Leeds and Reading festivals later this year”

I personally would say that they will be in the Lock up stage but you never know as they were on the main stage in 2004 and the band after them was Razorlight so if Razorlight headline will they be 1 below them again??

Thursday have just been supporting MCR on the Black Parade Tour and are looking forward to hitting the stage in august!

Nice name for a band! Mumm-Ra are rumoured to be playing at Leeds Festival this year. I saw them last year (or so I think) and they were alright I guess!

Might be worth a watch… depends who else is on I guess!

Just such a cool name!
