Why not? We know the lineup tends to mean that Sunday is the heavier of the 3 days. It still is this year. Eminem has headlined Sunday previously. Melvin Benn had this to say:

Just before 7pm on 30th March. The lineup is always released moments before tickets go on sale.
No one knows the exact figures but a 7 to 8 figure price tag is often banded around. Decent headliners will get at least £1m

We do not know when the official Leeds Festival lineup will be released until closer to the date.
Rumours are never true until they are up on the poster. In fact, Leeds Festival rumours aren't true until a band have played a full set on stage.
Nope - not until FR produce a timetable but if you look at previous years, you should be able to link the acts to this year and get a pretty reasonable list going.

Seriously though - at the moment, it only looks like Leeds has an unsigned tent. However, Leeds does have the Nokia tent where your band can play a few songs. You'll have to check the official site for more details but as soon as any become available, we'll update this site sooner than you can say booya.
