Festival organisers, Mean Fiddler, announced in April that they strongly condemn the sale of tickets for this year’s Carling Weekend: Reading and Leeds Festivals through eBay and other auction sites.
Weekend tickets for this year’s event sold out in record time and, as ever, Mean Fiddler made every effort to ensure that tickets went to genuine festival goers by limiting the amount of tickets available to each address through website sales and to each individual through sales in person at Mean Fiddler venues and HMV outlets.
